Butte Valley High School and Community Blood Drive
Must be at least 16 to donate.  All students must bring a signed Parent Consent form to donate.  Parent consent forms are at the library or online at
vitalant.org/Resources/Donor-Forms 

Please eat well and drink plenty of water prior to donating.  Please bring a photo ID
Height, weight and age restrictions apply.'

All donors will receive a free T-Shirt
